Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 22 March 2018 or you will be held liable for the fees. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct name badge at the registration desk.

After you have submitted your registration a page with all your registration details will appear. At the top of the page is a link you can use in order to submit your abstract. Abstract submissions close on 15 January 2018.
