The conference fees include a welcome pack, access to the conference venue and its facilities, the welcome reception, teas and lunches over the period of the conference, and the poster session (including finger food and drinks).

Day rate:

For our industrial and educational colleagues, we have a special day rate for Friday the 13^th of January at R1500. This includes teas and lunch, but none of the social events planned on the other days.

Late registration costs:

Late registration (i.e. after 15 October 2022) will incur an additional R1000 to the above costs.
